Lutheran Social Services of Illinois in Marion, Il serves children with a variety of services, including foster care, adoption, counseling, and hospitality while visiting their incarcerated parents. The goal of Book in a Basket is to provide each child with a basket containing a book and candy for Easter. We are asking for your help with this project. Donations of colorful baskets and new children’s books, along with some for teenagers, are needed, along with candy, and gift type trinkets to fill a basket. A box for your donations will be available in the Fellowship hall.
