Even though the war in Iraq is largely over, the country is still torn by violence and unrest and needs our help to reorganize and rebuild. Our service men and women will have a continuing presence in Iraq and other trouble spots around the world for some time to come. It is important that wherever they are stationed, at home or overseas, they know that their service to our country is appreciated and they are not forgotten.
