The Lutheran Youth Organization is looking for youths to serve on the youth committee. They meet for one over-night retreat each year in August and one or two other times during the year. These events are to plan for the synod youth retreats. The overnight retreat and the meetings will be held in the Springfield area. Members of the youth committee help page at the Synod Assembly and staff the synod youth retreats held at Rend Lake and Carlinville. Youth committee members are encouraged to attend Leadership Lab.
